This page publishes Phusar AI’s standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is provided to meet Google Play’s Child Safety Standards requirements for social and dating apps.

1. Age requirement

Phusar AI is for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly allow children to use Phusar AI. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be removed.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE / CSAM

Phusar AI strictly prohibits:

• Any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
• Uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content that endangers children
• Using the Service to solicit or facilitate harm to minors

Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, content removal, and further action as required by law.

3. How to report

If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE / CSAM or endanger a child:

• In-app: Use Phusar AI’s Report / feedback tools on the profile, chat, or support screens.
• Email: Contact our child safety point of contact at clipdate.me@gmail.com with the subject line “Child Safety / CSAM Report”.

Please include as much detail as possible (usernames, screenshots, dates, and links) so we can investigate quickly.

4. How we respond

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related activity on Phusar AI, we will take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

• Removing the content
• Restricting, suspending, or permanently banning the account(s)
• Preserving relevant records as required for investigations
• Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority (for example, NCMEC where applicable, or the relevant regional authority)
• Cooperating with lawful requests from authorities

5. Compliance

Phusar AI aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations related to CSAE / CSAM. We maintain internal review and enforcement procedures so that reports can be acted on by our designated contact.
